Our first 3 weeks!

Carson is almost a month old!! The past 3 weeks since coming home as a family have been a whirlwind! Gabe and I are finally starting to figure things out...kind of! :) Gabe has basically taken over the house and pets which has been lifesaving for me. Gabe is back at work so Carson and I are on our own during the day but we always have visitors. Yaya visits almost everyday along with Pops. Maya and Grandpa also come see him at least once a week. He has met so many of his wonderful, loving, and crazy family members and he is already mesmerized by his cousin, Warren who he gets to see a few times a week. His cousin, Brie is still trying to figure out what he is and why he is here! :) Carson is amazing and he is doing fantastic! He is already up past 8 lbs (he was 8lbs 3oz last Monday). He eats like a champ now and is a professional farter! He is smiling a ton (even though they say it's coincidental at this stage...I don't think so!), enjoying his tummy time for at least 5-10 minutes each day, and has even made a few cooing sounds the past couple days. He is lifting his head up more and more each day too. His sleep is getting more consistent as we started a "schedule" on his 3 week birthday. Bedtime routine at night and now he sleeps in his big boy crib. He goes for about 2-4 hours at each nap. All in all, we are just loving getting to know this little guy that we waited so long to meet!
